Imbibe to break down clean-label trends in upcoming webinar

Products with clean-label formulations have gone from a trend to a standard. While there is no FDA definition of clean-label, consumers and brands are embracing products with simple, easy-to-read ingredients statements, and certifications like organic, Non-GMO Verified and claims like vegan and grass fed. Euromonitor predicts that the clean-label products market could be worth upwards of $180 billion by 2020.

On Tuesday, April 25, Imbibe will present expert insights into the most important aspects of the clean-label trend, including marketing claims, ingredient do’s and don’ts, and natural ingredients that provide inherent function. The speaker will go through both established and emerging beverage categories, and will highlight how clean-label is most relevant in each of these spaces during the free, 30-minute webinar beginning at 10 AM CST.

Food and beverage professionals looking to develop or transition to clean-label products will learn about new technologies and strategies that they will be able to bring back and share with their teams.
