IMBIBE’S CCO TO BE KEYNOTE SPEAKER AT PREPARED FOODS R&D APPLICATIONS SEMINAR CHICAGO

Imbibe’s Chief Commercial Officer Andy Dratt will be a keynote speaker at the Prepared Foods R&D Applications Seminar Chicago. The panel entitled “The Hottest Beverage Trends and In-Demand Functional Ingredients,” will take place at 2:45 pm on Aug. 2, 2017, and will conclude the two-day global all-beverage executive conference at the Westin in Lombard.

Dratt will speak about the biggest trends in the food and beverage industry, including the clean label movement and functional beverages, during the 45 minute session. He will present on topics like clean label ingredient solutions and inherently beneficial ingredients in the most popular functional beverage categories.

“It’s an honor to be invited to speak at the Prepared Food R&D Application Seminar,” said Dratt. “I look forward to presenting key insights about the state of the beverage industry from a marketing standpoint, which offers a different perspective than many of the technical sessions that the scientists in attendance will be hearing.”

Dratt has spent over 20 years in working with and developing products for some of the largest companies in the food and beverage industry. In his seven years at Imbibe, he has led the company to become one of the leading beverage development resources for CPG, QSR, and private label brand owners. Dratt is passionate about helping customers identify the “sweet spot” between consumer needs, business wants, and product realities.

The R&D Applications Seminar historically attracts nearly 150 food and beverage industry professionals annually.
