IMBIBE’S MARKETING MANAGER PRESENTING AT FLAVORCON

Imbibe’s Marketing Manager Ilana Orlofsky will be presenting on trends within the functional beverage market at Perfumer & Flavorist Flavorcon. The session entitled “Wet Your Whistle,” will take place at 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2017.

During the 45-minute session, Orlofsky will offer expert insight into the most in-demand functional beverages, and share predictions about the future of this rapidly growing market. The session will cover topics like megatrends driving consumer purchase decisions, established and emerging functional beverage categories, and the trendiest health benefits and ingredients.

“I’m so excited to have the opportunity to share the trends I’m seeing in this thriving market with other industry professionals at Flavorcon,” said Orlofsky. “This session will give great insights into what’s going on in this category, and where it’s headed.”

Orlofsky has had her trend insights and articles published in Food Dive, Beverage Industry, SmartBrief, Prepared Foods and Foodbev. She spoke at the Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce in September 2016. She has a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Flavorcon is Oct. 24 to 25 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois and attracts more than 300 industry professionals annually.
