Imbibe’s Executive Vice President, Andy Dratt, will be speaking at the SupplySide West 2016 workshop: “Sparking Beverage Innovation.” During this three hour session, Dratt will focus on critical considerations and the unique challenges that functional ingredients present in beverage formulation. Three speakers will join Dratt and present current research substantiating beverage trends, hot ingredients and go to market strategies on October 5, 2016, at 1:30pm PDT. Dratt’s insights on the beverage industry have been recognized through speaking engagements at industry events such as The Best of Food and Beverage Packaging, Beverage Forum and IFT16. “I am really looking forward to being part of such an important show and discussing beverage innovation with some of the leading industry players,” Dratt said.
