Imbibe and Kendall College to Co-Host Cocktail Creation and Innovation Event

artandscienceNiles, IL: Imbibe and Kendall College are excited to co-host “Blending Art and Science,” an evening devoted to the exploration of cocktail innovation from two unique perspectives. Chef Elaine Sikorski from Kendall College will share a culinary approach to designing flavor, and Imbibe scientists, Aparna Oak and Nana Antwi, will present the food science and flavor chemistry behind creating cocktails. The event will focus on how to transform kitchen concepts into commercially viable market products. The event will take place on Monday, September 19th at 6PM at Imbibe’s state-of-the-art Beverage Innovation Center. Attendees will include Kendall College Faculty, the Imbibe Research & Development Team, Chicago-area restaurant owners and other industry professionals.
