Imbibe launches ingredients platform for beverages

CHICAGO — Beverage development company Imbibe launched Ingredients by Imbibe, a platform that offers high-performing ingredients to external R&D teams.

Imbibe’s ingredient portfolio includes The Senses, taste solutions that address common product attribute challenges through flavor modulation, masking and mouthfeel optimization, and Pre/Sense Stevia. The ingredients are tested in beverage products in nearly every category and format, said Andy Dratt, chief commercial officer at Imbibe. They also have been used outside of beverage applications in nutrition bars, frozen novelties, confections and more.
