Associate Project Manager

Summary of Position
The individual in this role looks forward to every day being different with new challenges and obstacles to overcome. Essential Job Duties
Communication:
  • May serve as a primary point of contact on assigned projects internally
  • Preparing communication to team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Participate in commercialization and other status meetings
  • Respond to user inquiries, training and provide technical assistance and trouble shooting support related to PLM
  • Documenting actions and decisions taken place in meetings

Leadership:
  • Support and participate in team discussions
  • Fostering an atmosphere where team members feel encouraged to explore solutions and contribute to decision-making in a supportive environment

Management:
  • Project: notes, timelines, scope changes, risk mitigation, internal and external communication, escalation, and status reports
  • Ability to handle fast paced environments and frequent interruptions or changes with a positive attitude.
  • Facilitate system, gate keeper of PLM system data, updates, annual changes, maintenance, or reports.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience working cross functionally at a food and beverage company, start-up or project management role
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong collaborative nature, ability to lead and follow
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in-person
  • Demonstrates anticipation of team and customer needs
