World Beverage Innovation Awards 2016

WBIA logoImbibe is proud to support our Manager of Flavor Innovation, Aparna Oak, as one of the judges for the World Beverage Innovation Awards 2016. Ms. Oak’s long list of qualifications include a membership to The Society of Flavor Chemists, a Master’s Degree in Microbiology and a Master’s Certificate in Biotechnology. For the past decade, Ms. Oak has worked in flavor development and continues to manage new flavor business. As an expert in the field, she has been published in the Handbook of Nutraceuticals Volume II in a chapter entitled Flavoring of Nutraceuticals. While interacting with key customers, she also works across several business functions (including product developers and operations) to ensure that flavor profiles fit end application.
