The coronavirus pandemic changed lives overnight, and even though it has been a year since the onset of the pandemic consumers are still adjusting to the “new normal.” It changed the way consumers work, shop, socialize and entertain—and all this has resulted in new shopping habits and attitudes. Many consumers are working remotely, so convenience is not as much of a priority as it was at the start of 2020.
