Flavors and Fragrances is an event focused on exploring bold new ideas and emerging developments and trends in the flavor and fragrance industries. It provides attendees with a current market overview, as well as growth projections, opportunities to discuss the latest innovations and updates, and valuable networking opportunities. We seek to inspire important discussions and the exchange of future-forward ideas.
Imbibe has identified five consumer values (aka the ATIONS) that allow us to make attributions, predictions, and easily categorize nearly all new CPG product development. By keeping those in mind while combining inputs from recent product launches and projects from our lab, we can paint a more complete picture of what we can expect the flavor landscape of the CPG marketplace (beverage in particular) to look like in the coming years. This presentation will highlight some of the beverage categories experiencing the most growth and corresponding flavor profiles within those segments. Together we will examine several beverages that exist at the intersection of flavor and function and call attention to some of the hottest flavor trends (botanicals, exotic fruits, nostalgia, etc.) appearing with prominence across beverage categories.
