What does it actually take to make a beverage taste right? On July 20 at 7 PM, Mouse Arts and Letters hosts its fourth Job Night — a free public talk series where industry professionals open their work up to audience questions.
This edition focuses on flavor science. Dan Petry, a flavorist at Imbibe — a Chicago-area firm focused on optimizing the consumer beverage experience with over 60 years in the industry — will offer a brief introduction to his work, then spend the evening fielding questions from the public.
Job Night is structured around Q&A by design: past events have covered the court system, waste management, and ornithology. The format keeps things conversational and accessible, no background required.
