Imbibe’s VP of R&D to Present on How to Overcome Common Challenges During Product Development at IFT 2016

Joe1Imbibe is excited to announce that Joe Farinella, VP of R&D, will be presenting at IFT16 this summer in Chicago on July 17th. Mr. Farinella’s presentation, “Expect the Unexpected: Lessons Learned From a Career in New Product Launches”, will draw on several of the most challenging new product launches of his career to provide useful tips on how to prevent last minute surprises, as well as reveal strategies to quickly and accurately identify the root causes when problems inevitably arise.

Mr. Farinella’s career includes various positions at PepsiCo focused on the successful development, scale-up and commercialization of new product formulations, culminating in serving as the Manager of Gatorade Product Development, where he led a team of food scientists responsible for all domestic innovation. In his current role as the VP of R&D at Imbibe, Mr. Farinella is responsible for leading a 30 person technical team which includes Product Development, Flavor Creation, and Technical Services.
