Imbibe’s Director of Flavor Innovation to judge World Beverage Innovation Awards 2017

Aparna OakIntroducing, Aparna Oak, Director of Flavor Innovation, and one of this year’s judges for FoodBev Media’s World Beverage Innovation Awards.

“The World Beverage Innovation Awards, hosted at drinktec, are designed to celebrate excellence and innovation across every category of the global beverage industry.”

As a certified flavour chemist she has been published in the Handbook of Nutraceuticals Volume II in a chapter entitled flavouring of nutraceuticals.

While interacting with key customers, especially in her management of new flavour business, she also works with the marketing and business development teams to create innovative flavour concepts for potential new clients.
